Objectives

I am a strategic and ethical operations leader with over 15 years of experience managing large, cross-functional teams and driving compliance, performance, and process improvement in highly regulated industries.

I recently completed a Master’s Degree in Applied & Professional Ethics, analyzing social impact data imposed by literary censorship in the US public school system.

I am looking to reenter the workforce with a renewed energy and sharpened focus to apply my diverse skill set—from team development and regulatory reporting to data analysis and operational leadership—in a role that values impact and collaboration.

I have proven success in leading 30+ staff through performance management, engagement, training initiatives, and have extensive experience leading team members through challenging and potentially fraudulent on-site findings with clarity, composure, and ethical decisiveness. I am skilled at creating a supportive environment where staff feel empowered to navigate complex investigations, uphold compliance standards, and maintain professional integrity under pressure.

Although operational leadership has been the focal point of my professional journey, I found I also thrive through initiatives requiring the translation of complex information and data into high-level executive reports and actionable insights, improving utilization forecasting, reducing financial variances, and streamlining cross-functional communication. I have strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven capacity to adapt and learn quickly.

I am seeking a role where I can contribute to meaningful outcomes, support organizational goals, grow within a values-driven environment, and turn an unconventional path into a powerful and coveted asset.
